sweet and sour salad

Yesterday, 20/12/2011, my house was having a Christmas Party..

It was GREAT  ^^ 

Lots of people were there .. 

and then, i prepare something special by my own hand... 

That is ....  salad.. 

with green apple, potato and sweet potato... 

and it was clean during the Christmas Party.. 

wahahahaaaa..

Alright, let me teach you how to make salad.. 

wanted to call potato salad ? or sweet potato salad??  

Nah! oOo 

Lets call it sweet and sour salad.. because I put some lemon.. (sour... ) haha.. 

cut the potato into pieces

make it cute and nice >.<

professional cutter... -.-''

cut it step by step.. 

example for this .. 

arghhh.... eat it !!

cut it with peace... 

take a break and have a tea.. 

After a moment later.. finish cutting... but... 

still have 4 little green apple..  -.-

now, is the time to steam the potato and sweet potato

Lets boil the water first.. yahoo!!

when to water already boiled , lets separate the potato and sweet potato.. 

do not put them together.. if not, one of them will become jelly.. check it out ya ^^

lets put MR potatosssss first..

have some tea while waiting ..

attack them!!!!

you must know how to manages your time..always check it... don't over steam it..

Done... next!!! MR sweet potato... i like it..because it sweet and healthy ><

while waiting it, cut the green apple.. 

you need to be last to cut these green apple.. because it will turn yellow if you let it with naked.. ^^

alright... these are the ingredientsssss  

(from the left) mayonnaise ,thousand island sauce, condense milk 

(in front) cute lemon..

everyone thought that I want to fry the apple... 

I'm not frying. just mixing .. because it too much of them..

and then a bit of salt ..

one is for party,and the small one is for ME..

when finish.. don't wash it yet... 

lick it!!  it waste when you wash it away.. ^^

Alright.. done!! this is the first time who done this salad by my own... hehe..
